Ja, u kunt zelf aanmelden, via het formulier op deze pagina.
We verwachten dat u uitgebreide informatie aanlevert over uw financiële situatie. Wij zullen dan altijd met u willen overleggen, dus zorg dat u bij aanmelding een telefoonnummer doorgeeft waarop u op dinsdag bereikbaar bent.
